Todos Santos (All Saints) is a charming coastal town located in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains on the Pacific coast of the southern Baja California Peninsula. These photographs represent most of a series of murals that were painted by the people of Todos Santos on a long and curving concrete wall not far from the center of town. Though faded and distressed, these murals continue to convey an important part of the cultural identity and aesthetics of the artists who painted them.
